VENDOR SPACE
Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval of application. Application submission does not imply application acceptance to participate as a vendor.
-
Vendor spaces are limited to 10’ x 10’
-
Vendors will be placed accordingly by first come, first serve and are not guaranteed the same spot every year.
-
Food Truck and Food Trailer vendors will receive one standard space (unhitched to vehicle).
-
Vendors needing more than the standard 10’ x 10’ space must note it unto their application form and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be charged an additional fee.
-
All tents/canopy legs MUST be weighed down. Each leg must be weighed down by 45lbs of weight. This is especially important as we work with unforeseen weather. Safety is our number one priority.
-
Vendors asking for an additional tent space must operate under one ST-19 business certificate.
-
Vendors with an additional tent space who operate under more than one ST-19 certificate without consent will be invoiced for a separate full price vendor stall or will be asked to leave the event.
